Getting enough Vitamin B-6 may help ward off depression while helping you think more clearly.  Because vitamin B-6 is needed to manufacture oxygen-carrying hemoglobin, not getting enough could cause you to feel tired and unfocused.    But that’s  not all.  As we age, our brain starts to shrink, which causes cognitive decline and even Alzheimer’s disease.  Studies prove that Vitamin B-6 can help reduce the amount of brain shrinkage by as much as 90% helping to keep your brain healthier longer!

    • Thank you for your comment. I have long been a health advocate and have studies Bio-energetics and Thought Field Therapy to name a couple. I do believe doctors are important but we must take care of ourselves first with what God gave to us and that is the wonderful plants, etc. I currently promote a vitamin http://tinyurl.com/knucq4p which has had a profound impact on my family. Thanks for your interest in my site.
