Self ImageWhere it all begins

Your self-image is an imprinting created by past experiences and authoritative figures in your life. Depending on the perception or the intensity of the impression, your self-image can be life enhancing or life debilitating. Many times it is the later. The question must be ask, “How do you view yourself”? Who are you? You are not just a name. As an individual you must understand this and recognize it for what it is. Your self-image will either propel you to success or it will hold you back. Where are you?

This is where it all begins and it is always those seeds that are planted and nurtured that will compel you to grow or cause you to be stagnate. This affects every aspect of your life. It affects your health. It affects your wealth. It affects your relationships. I could go further with this but I think you get the picture. How do you deal with this?

Simply you must identify with the programs that are running in your mind from all those influences from the past and shut them down. How do you do this? It takes time and a committment to change. Change who you want to be first then change who you are. My latest e-zine talks about thought field therapy and the books available to direct your attention towards eliminating these issues. If you don’t you will not meet with true success.

Lastly, if you want to be healthy, then act healthy. If you want to be wealthy, then act wealthy. Feel good now and the passion will become reality because you will automatically generate activities towards the things you want. I will end this session with a quote from Henry David Thoreau. “If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with success unexpected in common hours.”
